Brief Bio:

Since 1975, Randy Judkins has performed a one-person comedy, vaudeville, variety show. He's toured in over 20 U.S. states, Canada and Europe. He's a keynote speaker for educational systems and business groups across the US. In 1989, Randy created a performance piece for teachers, middle school and high school students on strategies in building self esteem entitled “Full Esteem Ahead”.

“Laughing in the Face of Change” was written in 1994 as a motivational, interactive presentation for businesses and specialty groups.

1994 Instructor at Juilliard School of Drama in NYC; series of 8 master classes in physical character development, slapstick & pratfalls.
1985 Graduate course in Reader's Theater in Vienna, Austria.
1984 (July) Graduate course in Fundamentals of Movement at Wesleyan College in Middletown, CT.
1978 - 1990 National Endowment of the Arts 'Artists in the Schools' Residency Program.
1981 - 1983 Maine Actor's Studio co-founder & teaching partner in eccentric characters, mask work, mime, and circus techniques.
1983 (Sep-Nov) Faculty member at Ringling Brothers barnum & Bailey's Clown College in Venice, FL. Instructed "Recipe Characters", comedic gesture, stilt walking, juggling, unicycling and tightrope walking.
1977 - 1983 Associate Faculty member of the USM Theater Department; instructor of mime, character development, improvisation, and circus arts.
1974 - 1975 High School Math Teacher at Jay High School in Jay, Maine; also theater director.
1970 - 1974 Bachelor of Science in Secondary Mathematics from the University of Southern Maine
